Arrived and rung the number and was answered quickly and then the helpful gentleman appeared and showed me to my room and showed me how to access the room. Room was very clean and was cleaned during our stay and toilet paper requested was left. Definitely stay again if I was visiting Great Yarmouth again. Only thing was lack of hand gel with COVID-19.
the place is not bad But of course it would not hurt to pay attention first of all to the fact that there are no fans in the rooms the room is very warm and very stuffy if you open a window or open curtains then people from another house see what you are doing there I think it would not hurt to put a special curtain where you can regulate it so that people do not see something there you are doing in this room also if you see the rights in the photos or the plastic protective box flew off and I think that this should not be the case The only thing is that the linen is warm cleanly this is quite enough But the only thing that is a little for me it is not clear that large rooms are empty where they could be
I've been to this Hotel a few times and have posted a review on each time that I've visited. Have say 1st that it is a budget hotel with sliding price scales depending on what you want! Don't expect the upper deck of the Titanic because it won't happen.This is a budget hotel for a reason (s). My times at this hotel went well in all regards with no complaints. It was fully functional and practical for me and my wife, if there was a door that rattled then no problem, if a floorboard played up then no problem, if there was no remote for the TV which does happen from time to time then still no problem, the room (s) are still functional. Righty then! On my last visit last week all was good except for one thing! Security for me means everything and when it comes to staying at someone's hotel I would automatically expect the owner (s) to be thorough regarding the safety/security of the premises; I noticed our back window had no locks that were workable, they were in place but parts were missing which left the room vulnerable and had me having to bring my personals with me every time I went out. Everything else about the hotel was just fine, the chamber maids and management were all nice people and always on call if you needed them. Please, sort the window locks out.
2 of us stayed here in a double room, we had a balcony, the check in was so efficient as it was self check in, we booked online, paid over the phone and didn't need to meet with anyone. It was PERFECT location, just a stone throw to the beach and pier, restaurant & bars and great value for money!
Absolutely lovely place to stay! The ladies who run this bnb could not do enough for us, breakfast was amazing and room was spotlessly clean. Very comfy beds too we will be back next year!!
Really good value. Clean, decent space, good location. We were on a cycling trip, and Great Yarmouth sadly like many other Norfolk towns we passed through is on fabulous cycling routes but has no good provision for parking or leaving bicycles so you can look around town.
Lovely friendly family run b&b the lady and her daughter we're very pleasant and couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome very clean comfy beds I've been here for over a month as I work in Norwich and can recommend this prime location hotel breakfast included if you choose price wise couldn't fault it busy in summer months so book early , ITS COMING HOME
Arrived worried after reading some of the reviews and standing outside the hotel, it would appear they are still hard at work with renovation work, however once I called the number shown, all my fears went. I spoke to a very helpful guy who guided me through the front door and to my room, very easy and hassle free. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my room door, so clean and fresh, we were given a room with a balcony, which was fantastic, the view was lovely too.... We stayed 2 nights, second day when we returned to our room it had been given a clean to our surprise, and a much better clean than you would get from any other hotel... We will be staying there again later this year, looking forward to seeing the progress made on the renovation work. Thank you for a great stay!!
